Beer

STS Pils

Classic German-style pilsner but with a Russian River twist because they dry hop this beer with a small amount of European hops. It is straw in color and will often have a slight haze due to the fact that there is a small amount of yeast left in the beer. This beer is hop forward with a firm malt foundation, strong lager yeast characteristic, and a dry, bitter finish.

Good Moment

A WC IPA using a mix of Mosaic, Sabro, and Vic Secret. It was freaking delicious and we knew we wanted to use that combination at the brewery. We asked them if they'd be up to brew something similar with us and they were all in. Using their recipe as a guide, a few tweaks were made to it to make it more of an NF West Coast style of beer, but the hop combination remained the star of the show. The name of the beer comes from one of the many Jimmy-isms that our good friend is known for.
